      On-call rota needs to be a shared duty (only fair) so that may be required of technical resources Because we have so many products there is a lot to learn and skill up on, but there's a great team and training to help with this We are a small company so you may be required to dip into a lot of bits and bobs as an added resource, so the workload can get quite high

I have been well supported with new challenges and training as part of my role and feel there is a clear development path for my career as well as personal growth. Fantastic company culture! We are often taking part in company nights out and events within the modern office space.

      Being a small but fast-growing business there is very much an “all hands-on deck” attitude. This is great for teamwork and gives you an opportunity to gain lots of varied experience however can sometimes mean the workload is very high. That being said managers are willing to listen and will help out or spread the workload where they can.
