      if you're the kind of person who really wants over time pay, it can be a challenge since OT doesn't pay until 40 hours, which is 2.5 more than you're even scheduled for.

This includes 7.50 hour work days vs. 8.00 days for most positions, to provide some work/life balance.       Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
