I really liked my department. My manager and her manager both really cared about their employees.

HR will never pay an applicant what they are worth. They will tell you that the market isn't strong, that they look at compensation as a whole (the benefits are a joke), or that the company culture makes up for it (your company does not have a great culture if you underpay your employees).

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

Svantaggi

The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
