Flexible work schedule during a majority of the year. Management is interested in your professional growth and is willing to help you get to where you want. Lots of internal promotion possibilities.

A lot of required extra time during the end and beginning of the calendar year. More geared toward early schedules. Cannot work past 5:30 as an hourly employee.
