Plenty of foot traffic, if that's not enough there's lots of service customers and orphan owners. High level of customer loyalty. Better compensation than the other dealers in the area.

There are some negative attitudes among the older salespeople. Sometimes people complain because they don't have anything else to talk about.

Great work life balance and understanding staff. Slightly beneficial perks when purchasing vehicles. Absolutely no micromanaging whatsoever

Training was bare minimum. Information about role feels more like learn as you go. No true feel for organization chart. Some departments feel like they are better than others and look at you like you’re beneath them. Communication is poor unless something goes wrong even if you were proactive ahead of time.
