Modern Banking genuinely cares about their employees and their customers. It's a great place to work! In my time at MBS they have shown me that their people come first. I feel very lucky to work here and I know they feel fortunate to have me. Management is always open to new ideas from both their employees and their customers. Many places say they have a family environment at their workplace but Modern Banking Systems truly does.

Modern Banking is open on bank holidays.

No weekends. Dress code was loose.

Training was minimal. Pay did not reflect responsibilities of job. Manager's personal life interfered with their professional responsibilities
