I started working at modern networks and was impressed by promise of fast growth in particular the quick promotions within 6 months probation. This turned out to be a big lie. I did gain knowledge and experience however management and promises were continually broken. Firstly, Anthony Halissey is the most unpleasant person I have worked with. Picked on all new starters and micromanaged even though he was not even our manager. We were made to take abuse my customers and we’re in trouble if we answered back. The promotion never came despite constant pushing. In fact on a sly a lady who started after me got the promotion even tho I had more tech experience and was our performing us. This along with constant unfulfilled promises of pay rise to help with cost of living made the morale low. 5 months down the line I left for another company which I’m very happy with and don’t have to deal with the crap I had to here.

Overall concept of togetherness, false promises which then turn into great people having to leave. Letting the mistakes of others cause for the needed letting go of people who had little to no involvement in costly decisions.
