Everyone was always so supportive and understanding. The environment was relaxed yet professional. Additionally, the schedule and work were both very flexible. There was a lot of guidance for staff members as well.

I can't think of any real cons besides sometimes parking struggles.

Friendly and fun and nerdy work environment. Lots of co-teaching to make sure that students get attention paid to them. Good lesson plans and flexibility to serve the students. Really good benefits. Work-life balance is great. Reliable co-workers.

Unclear path to move up/career advancement. Some classes physically far apart from each other. Sometimes difficult parents/students.
