2yThank you for taking the time to share your experience at our firm. We take all feedback seriously, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. High employee turnover has been an issue we are actively working to address. We are implementing new policies around work-life balance, training, and office culture to create a more positive environment. It's important to clarify that we do value longevity as evidenced by our comprehensive benefits package and continuous investment in employee development. However, our foremost concern is fostering a positive firm culture. We value ourselves in hiring the right people, not just the right resumes, and as such, have indeed promoted exceptional employees. We have implemented formal policies, along with training sessions, to ensure a clear understanding of our expectations. Admittedly, there have been growing pains, but we continue to actively address this issue and ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward.
