5yThank you for your feedback. Our goal is make sure every media sales rep is a position where he or she can be successful. Because every sales rep’s portfolio of products is different (based on the customer portfolio he or she sells on behalf of) we understand that some sales portfolios have more potential than others. For this reason, our shared KPI targets for the sales team include activity numbers in addition to sales numbers.
They are designed to help ensure, and also provide transparency into, the impact of similar levels of effort, among different team members, selling different products. It sounds like it isn't working that way for you and I'd like to learn more. We’re proud that many of our original media sales team members, who began with us nearly a decade ago, remain with us today and I'd like to speak further and understand your experience.
