ZERO training or onboarding. Left to find out things on my own by bothering people until I got an answer. All that mattered to management was billing hours, not customer or employee satisfaction. Constantly buying other companies then having layoffs. CB is a very disorganized company and nothing was shared with staff about the game plan. Favoritism that protected incompetent employees and got hardworking people laid off. Very expensive benefits.
