      Execs have made some poor hires as of late (in management roles), resulting in higher turnover. It is a LARGE group of private equity purchases, do your research if you have never worked for PE owned company before. It is not a con in of itself, but the decisions that seem to stem from this type of ownership, can be. Constant strategy changes. You can get paid more elsewhere.

      You are right that there's a different feel with a PE-backed company and that there is good and bad with that. I also completely agree with your advice. I would really appreciate it if you would drop me a note and tell me more about your experience here and where you think we can do better.
