      Great benefits, vacation policy is flexible and fair. The company sets the intention for people first which I love. We get asked often about how we can help our customers and each other win. Wonderful mission. Fast growing company with great leadership. They are constantly looking for ways to get better. We learn and grow together and are offered opportunities to learn new things.

      Because of the tremendous growth we have a lot of new people in roles. Not a con but rather an opportunity to grow together and be patient with each other as we get up to speed.

We're going to keep taking a portion of that top line growth and invest it in tools, training, and infrastructure to help people get up to speed.
