4yI’m really sorry that this was your experience. We also saw the issues with the outdated training. I’m not sure of the timing of your experience but we’ll take the action to check in with the team and make sure the concerns you had have been updated.
The 401K match was reinstated on January 1, 2021 with an increase in the match amount for most people. We also brought in a new 401k partner to operate the plan that would give everyone more choices with lower fees. I’m sorry that you did not see the announcements.
You are correct that we made changes in upper management when it wasn’t a great fit. Some of those changes included bringing in sales leaders that make sure we can deliver on our commitments. Based on your comments, you were probably working on projects that were sold prior to this leadership team, so I understand where you saw some projects that were a stretch. Bluntly, that’s why you saw changes in leadership as well as making sure that the leaders you work with on a day-to-day basis recognize how important each person is and reflects that in how they lead – from career development to prioritizing hiring as we grow and building strong onboarding programs.
