Generous time off but unable to use because we're so short staffed. Minimal 401k match. Management was told to down grade review scores for 2021 annual assessments.... why?

Hi, we're moving fast to backfill those roles and also add new staff as we grow. 2021 was a tough year for hiring. Hopefully, you're seeing the impact of our expanded recruiting team and some cleaned-up processes. Thank you so much for helping to cover the gap. That means a lot to our customers and to all of us. Please know that it's also OK to take care of you - if your manager needs some support in getting you enough downtime, our HR leaders are terrific and will help. Give them a nudge if you want? And we've upped the 401k match for 2022! We're keeping it a 100% match so that it is a lot easier for everyone to get all of the match - check your HR comms if you haven't already seen it.
