Great people. Hybrid working (2 days wfh, 3 days in office). Sometimes opportunities to progress within the business. I have learnt a lot while working at Community Brands and have met some fantastic people. This company did give me my start and I am certainly in a better position because of it however it is now a very different business so I am unsure if a new starter would have the same experience.

No real training/ professional development. Talk about being customer obsessed but see little evidence of this being the case. Increasing lack of diversity within management (a few years ago the management team were an even split of men and women with a range of ethnicities and nationalities, it is almost exclusively white men now). Regular company restructures see ever changing landscapes and goals, along with regular rounds of redundancies. Below average salaries.
