Bad corporate vision from top down. Seemed like there were no annual objectives to align to do different departments would be working towards different goals, or even worse, we were constantly chasing the flavor of the month. Additionally, I eventually left because the organizational structure want setup to progress the products forwards. I think that is changing now but too late for me.
