One thing that impressed me about the company is how much they cared about helping me develop the skills I needed to be successful in my job and career.

It's a smaller company so you need to be okay with a tight knit team

This was a nice company reward for the people were always very helpful and very knowledgeable at what they did. Lots of team bonding opportunities to promote a healthy work culture. They work well sometimes disorganized however they acknowledgment and attempt to correct is appreciated.

Training was very disorganized it was hard to be self-sufficient in the role. Often times it was a bit over whelming the workload as well however once again managements acknowledgment and immediate revision of this was greatly appreciate it and noted.
