The VP has a great vision and knowledge of steel. He thinks big while showing compassion, empathy and the company’s best interest in mind. He’d be a huge catch for any legitimate business worth having him.

No real earning potential above the base salary. Very high turnover. Management leads with fear and intimidation, having no empathy or class. I’ve NEVER seen such a toxic workplace First time ever seeing bullying and intimidation first hand in a workplace. This type of behavior should never be allowed in or outside of the office. One of the managers in Cleveland was hands down the WORST human being I’ve ever worked with in the 16 years in sales. Most of the culture issues stem from this man. His manipulation and bullying is like something out of the movie full metal jacket. He dealt with his insecurities by making fun of people and putting them down “ O’doyle Rules!” Classless company.
