MonarqRC was created under the same principles and management style as the other companies in the Jonas Software family. They promote transparency and hold their employees accountable. If you cannot produce and meet goals, then you will not last long. Basic knowledge like "bring your computer to company meetings" and "enunciate when conducting a demo or cold call" is expected. If you need common sense spelled out, MonarqRC is not the right company for you. I personally respect and thrive in an organization that promotes the driven and eliminates the weak. Because I work in a small team, there's always plenty to keep me busy! I find value in creating process and procedures that will drive the company's future in a positive direction. This is not your typical bureaucratic company; you will not be able to just coast through your day and expect to continuously earn a paycheck.

The biggest weakness in MonarqRC was handled back in January. There was a nuisance in the Sales team. Since this nuisance was handled, MonarqRC has pushed forward with increased sales and improved team morale. So happy management listened to my concern and the mistake was corrected!
