Working at Mondo has been a fantastic learning experience- both professionally and personally. This environment is not for everyone- they expect hard work and results and to do so requires more than 9-5, which, I am more than okay with if it means I will be successful. The energy is contagious- employees are smart and driven. We work really hard but have a lot of fun while doing it. You're more than a number-- CEO and VPs know your name and recognize a job well done. The see the value in entry level employees-- you are given so much opportunity that isn't heard of at other larger corporations.
