The tools learned during the MBA program are lifelong skills that are necessary in having a successful career. Once the MBA program is successfully completed, you become an Account Director. I could say a million positives about being an Account Director at Mondo. The rewards cannot be matched by any other company. The benefits package is UNREAL, and the sense of ownership one gets from working on specific accounts is very rewarding. You create long term relationships and become the trusted advisor for top level executives; how many people can say they know and give advice to C-level executives? Not too many that is for sure. No matter what office you work out of, you have a family waiting for you in every city. Every person supports one another, and provides insight and advice, to create a drive for success.
