When I started working with Mondo, the culture was collaborative and positive. I honestly could not believe I found a company with such a great culture and incredible people. Upward mobility was abundant and opportunity was endless. I was given the professional support needed to succeed and truly felt that I was valued. This quickly changed when Covid hit. Leadership showed their true colors.

When Covid hit, despite business being slow, our daily metrics increased. With this new expectation, a once safe and positive culture turned toxic seemingly overnight. Management began to lead with fear and constantly sent mixed messages - promoting mental health, but expecting you to work around the clock. Leadership promised that they were not conducting layoffs, but instead, proceeded to put several people on Performance Improvement Plans. & referred to this as "trimming the fat." Being put on a PIP in the middle of a pandemic, while being held to unrealistic daily goals is cruel. Mondo prides themselves on being a "people centric" culture, but it is very clear that they see us as disposable. Leadership is great at making you feel valued, like a long term fit, but they will put you on a PIP, without warning.
