Though I was part of the layoff. I'm still grateful with M2. I've appreciated the support I've received from my team members and management. They've provided me with opportunities that have enhanced my skills and personal growth. The salary is okay and has significantly helped me manage my finances over the years. and the people here are nice. I know that other team members (my colleagues) who were let go were hurt and frustrated by what happened. I felt the same way, but I've chosen to move forward with a positive outlook. Yes, I felt frustrated, but I'm choosing to be grateful. I remain confident in M2's ability to achieve business success. I greatly appreciate their offer to help us find opportunities, even after we were let go. I felt genuine help and effort extended to me, even during the exit offboarding call.

The setup of the termination call was not ideal, as it was a group call. However, I totally understand the situation, and there's no easy way to conduct this kind of termination. I know HR and the leader are doing their best to execute it properly. We need to improve transparency and collaboration. But overall, I'm still grateful that I was part of M2.
