Just about four months in, and the support hasn't stopped yet. My boss has taught me some tricky elements as they've come up, my teammates - including those further out into the division, beyond my immediate team - have been there to explain, and offer advice, and dispel misunderstandings. Our enablement team is constantly there if I have a question, and with my boss on PTO, not only has my director stepped in to support me, but our VP got my back yesterday as well. There are just a tremendous amount of people who seem invested in my success, and I appreciate it.

Not a lot. To be smart, our company has cut back on allowing much travel, ensuring that it's truly related to a big win. Of course, they're doing this because, along with many other things, they're trying like to crazy to prevent layoffs, so this is barely a Con.
