Loved all of the teams I worked with, affinity groups, transparency from leadership, and how colleagues were genuinely interested in helping you succeed. I will say this was the best onboarding experience as I ramped up.

There are so many meetings where its difficult to actually execute on your day to day responsibilities which have resulted in long days to meet all deadlines which has gotten very stressful. Also I've noticed more micromanagement amongst new managers which make the job more difficult.

I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
