This has been the most collaborative team I’ve ever worked with. From product, support, project management, to sales and leadership - you get exposure to the whole business. I love the effort in creating diverse voices and the customer led groups were my favorite part of the company. I definitely felt heard. The CEO does a great job in being as transparent as possible, something not seen at corporations of this size. I also liked the ability of being able to work from the NYC office.

Constant changes on the CS and sales side. I had a total of 4 managers within a year and a half and all had different expectations of the role- thus causing friction with my last manager because she expected things differently than my previous 3 managers had trained me to do.

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
