Back office functions are not valued and ridiculously lean given the size of the company. Folks are spread very thin and cannot be successful with the size of their workload and ever changing priorities. BURNOUT is rampant. Very little vision, direction or strategy from the top. Teams have incompatible or competing priorities. It is difficult to make progress on individual goals and necessary improvements due to indecisive and misaligned leadership. A high stress, competitive environment in which some employees exhibit rude, demeaning and even sexist behavior towards one another with no consequence.
