Management expect to keep you happy with parties. * Very difficult to get promotion or raise for the hard work you put in. Management will give you empty promises to keep you here long enough till you finally decide to quit. They would rather hire someone new with the same basic minimal salary. * They recently switched to unlimited PTO, but decided not to pay out employee's current accrued PTO balances. The management said the company would financially suffer (they were go broke) if pay us out. Which makes no sense, because all the PTO hours not taken = hours worked = hours billed to clients.
