      The company dramatically grew through M&A and has very poor top-down leadership with no clear direction and a lot of turnover. Their public reputation has suffered, driving down the stock value and causing company-wide layoffs.

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
