Great people who have a common goal!

Overall a pretty good company with not many flaws

They teach you a lot, they give you a lot of hours, lots of good people to work with

lower pay, have to work 55 to 60 hours to make money there, work is hard on the body, some of the old timers just hassle people and push people to much, not to relaxed, rights people up a lot.
