      Discounts on products. Local managers were great, but could only do so much. I feel bad for them. The tried to put a positive face on everything. They were considerite and positive. Now I work for a better brand, but my managers aren't as good. Guess it's a toss up.

      They lure you in by telling you that as part of the Richemont family, you can transfer to another brand. The executive management is nonexistence, and since they all hate each other, only care about outdoing their peer. As an employee you are either ignored or put in the line of fire.

      Some people were tight but majority of time people come and go.

      They expect you to follow policy to the tee and when you do, you will be written up for it by your store manager. They know that robberies are a thing, people will go in and just start stealing stuff. We are told NOT to engage per our own safety. But tell me how I am getting written up by my store manager for NOT DOING MY JOB and then getting a call from corporate for my lack of work. Are you kidding me? You write me up because policy says do not engage with situations that may endanger me? Yeah, I am so glad that I left this brand because there really isn't a future here. I hope that this brand fails to the ground.
