      There were really no pros

      Long time service employees given roles they are not qualified for. The promise of bonuses is mitigated by hidden agenda. Arrogance, incompetence and a void of inter-personnel skills meet the new hire. Could not take the back stabbing and cruel staff, resigned after 9 months. The turnover in IT is like nothing I have ever seen.

      Decent fair pay. comprehensive benefits. big institution

      Manager is VERY micromanaging. Very restrictive with sick days and makes you feel bad if you take a sick day off. not considerate at all. You have to stay until 5 PM even though you're done early. Suddenly adds more patients to your supposed bookings for the day and expect you to bend over for them while they can't be considerate of the little things.
