      they just hire interns for while and ask them to pay company for internship purpose, letter they wont give you job and just argues with you on silly reasons, so that you will leave by your own.. the worst experience ever

      No one company in the world can resist a non performing and irregular employee. On the other hand no one company fire a performing employees. Only intelligent people can understand this.

      I was associated with montek in 2016. It was extremely best experience which i could have possibly thought. Company provides training for taking best out of u. I had learnt a lot from Montek. Also now Montek has made his presence in top 10 list of recruitment firm in India, which attracts you towards company. Especially, Mr. Shesha mohanty and Mrs. Brahmita mohanty were the best teacher for me and still writes to me whenever i need them.

      Best company to work with , positive environment and intelligent management is always there to help you . Despite a fresher in IT services ,i had been trained by the experts and now in last 4 months i feel that i had been working from 2 yrs in the same field .

      Because of ponderous work load , there is no off on saturday but its fine although it is growing company .
