Paycheck, free hotdogs, they will hire you for event security without a criminal background check (if that's your thing)

Svantaggi

Abusive management, no overtime opportunities unless they're desperate. Little respect between home office and field officers. Any training you get from them will not be reported to IDPR so save your paperwork because that's the only proof you get.

Only cons i can think of might be the type of people you can encounter at the events...one person tried to legit bribe me in order to get into the event early.
