IF you have mental fortitude in the face of much rejection this job may be for you. Its definitely a good college job and a great way to make a little extra money if you are good at talking to others enthusiastically and continuously throughout the day. I am good at shrugging off bad vibes but trust me when I say it pays off to keep going when you feel like things are not going well. Follow what the upper management says and you will make money.

There are not necessarily any cons accept the company has unrealistic expectations in some ways and if you don't like it then it may be because of how you feel about your manager. Truthfully I thought this way with Moocho at first until I realized that I always have room to improve and the high expectations are not to push you down but to teach you to never settle.
