Some roles are good and if your face fits you're ok here. It's a bit stuck in the dark ages they're not very forward thinking. Certain departments don't get utilised like they should eg the marketing team act more like a PA for the Directors! Their attitude towards women is really concerning. Lots of inappropriate comments towards female staff made by senior staff members. Attitudes towards people of ethnic origin also has a lot to be desired. Old fashioned IT but you can't challenge this because the IT manager will just shout at you and the directors laugh and find this acceptable in the workplace. They have work socials but if you get drunk the director will gossip about you! But if you're prepared to play the game the directors will love you. They seem to think they're absolutely huge, they've one office in Retford! Really low staff turnover problem with this all the staff have no aspirations and just keep things ticking over. Alot of staff here wouldn't last 5 mins in a big company too set in their ways. My time at Moody's was highly disappointing, they think they're a family, well I don't treat my family they way they treat some of their staff!

I didn't like it here. They don't value hard work it feels very if your face fits you can do what you want. Passive aggressive middle managers who have no impact but they're in post cos their face fits . People from other cultures and backgrounds not respected saw several concerning incidents
