Poor salary, no benefits, insurance or HMO and a contract that puts you jeopardy, You would have yourself openly disappreciated for your effort, no appraisal. headaches and heartaches you would get blamed for all the wrongs Absent CEO No HR My advice is just to look for another option. but if you can endure hardship you are ready to get paid less. you would get hired.
