A lot of companies say they value their employees, but it is quite rare to find a company that really does it. Mooko does. The team, culture, and overall experience at Mooko Media is a great place to work. The leadership team is always supportive and encouraging, which is a large part of the reason why I enjoy working here. You really feel like you are part of something special, and egos never get in the way.

There are none. If you want a job where you are just a cog in the machine, this company is probably not the right fit for you.

I have worked at various companies and had challenging and unpleasant experiences. However, working at Mooko Media has not only been a positive experience, they are one of the best companies I have worked for to date. The leadership is encouraging, supportive, innovative, and transparent. They take interest in you not just as an employee but as a human being. They demonstrate care for you as a whole person,. which is rare, within corporate company culture. Their leadership has fostered a culture of intentionally listening to ideas -- big or small. Management does not micromanage and allows its employees to be creative, to think outside the box, and bring innovative ideas to the table. The company culture allows its employees to explore the organization based on career goals and interests so that you can find a place to participate in and thrive in with support. If you are looking to either start your career within marketing or to better hone your skills, This is the place for you.
