Vantaggi
At times, the CEO could be very warm and pleasant. Intrinsically, he seemed to be a good guy. In addition, the employees were kind and hard-working (for the most part.) Furthermore, since the company was so small, one could dip his or her feet into many different facets of the company. At times, it could be fun and exciting thinking about the future and collaborating with coworkers.
Svantaggi
Though the CEO could be pleasant, he could also be cruel and often didn't keep his promises. Stress and his high expectations got the better of him. He also needed a lot of attention throughout the day, meaning long meetings that (toward the end for me) often ended with aggression and insults. Furthermore, employees weren't given enough time (with the long meetings) to finish the large amount of work expected of them.
