Disagree and commit is a useful concept, but at Moov they really just mean “shut up and do what I say”. Do you want to work for MAGA? The President, Bob (very fake banker type who thinks he is cool and that people actually like him) uses his GOP connections to get them clients like Winred or Trump Media. The founding developer and close friend of CEO is an incredibly toxic individual, easily one of the worst personalities I’ve ever had to work with. They let him do and say whatever he wants, in any other job he would be ostracized and fired for the unprofessional behavior, but he is protected by the CEO.
