Pros are the production staff are okay. Unfortunately they do not speak a lot of English.

Management are awful. I was fired from this primes as i had "no motivation" and the job i did was not up to standard. I had no verbal or written warning. I was also let go as i was accused of forging HACCP forms with no evidence. Felt like i was disliked from the start. On the last day of my employment there was a cake made for me, which is very confusing. The management will do anything to save themselves and do not own up to anything.

Not much i can say about pros...if you desperately need the job,or if it is your first job,or you are a foreigner who just landed in Ireland,it's ok.Not good,but ok.

Lots of empty promises.It is a miracle if you get raise or promotion there.Only for butt-kissers,snitches,or masochists.Owners seem like a nice people,very polite to workers,but management is the worst kind.It's a miracle this company didn't close down with management like this.I pity the owners,and the workers.
