You can build a huge network. Practice English. Get to know company philosophy and financial markets. Free lunches at expensive restaurants. Stable workplace. Salary paid before the end of month. Water fountains. Ice cream vending machines. A lot of smart people. Relatively good salary. Lectures organised time by time. Massage was possible at workplace. Sometimes friendly people. Free bank account at Citibank.

Bosses have full control. They may pretend to be friendly. You may judged superficially. Pseudo- democracy. Survival of fittest. Poor quality sausages. Long working hours. Low integrity (supposed to be a value in the company). Some people are afraid, distrust. Many people are smart but can have low morality and low empathy. Not always reasonable. Unreasonable demands. Not enough testing environment. Could not work because of that .Some people can get offended too easily. The boss threatened/bullied/ false accusations. (Not all bosses did that) Broken words, disinformation? (Not all bosses did that) Office was too hot in summer. (That is not a general problem). Boss with extreme temper.

Very good co-workers, Great technology stack. Lot of new technologies and integration with current work.

They dont even give you a MS cup. They ask you to buy it for 5$. So cheap! Management big on "Giving back", Immediate managers do not like it and are not supportive. Lay off employees twice a year to show profits. Only worried about shareholders and clients. Don't know the criteria for lay-off. So, you are always worried if it is your turn. They boast about mental health and wellness. No good, when they layoff employees like this. HR = Horrible Resources. When you are laid off, they shoo you away as if you are a fly. You feel miserable. They themselves say - "We are better than Facebook or Oracle. We dont fire you at 6 AM over email." Gosh! What a comparison!
