If you aren't part of the insular, favored social clique, your upward mobility is severely limited, regardless of your performance, data, or output. Poor Leadership: Management consistently lacks the maturity and strategic vision required to lead a modern enterprise. Decisions feel reactive, transparent communication is virtually non-existent, and leadership seems far more interested in self-preservation and internal politics than supporting their teams. Insults from senior leadership don’t serve as motivation. High Burnout & Turnover: Because leadership fails to look past their favored circles to support the wider team effectively, turnover is high. The burden invariably falls on the remaining staff, leaving people burnt out despite the nice office amenities.
