They can be flexible with working hours and holiday as long as you get your job done. This empowers employees and results in more productivity.

Benefits. I hear the benefits in Chicago are outstanding but in London they are sub-par. Poor pension match, maternity benefits are bare minimum and in America they get a sabatical which is denied in UK. Morningstar does not give annual salary reviews. I have worked here many years and never gotten an increase for inflation.
