8yThere’s no doubt that running a company built over time, with many complex customer verticals, markets, and technology, can get messy! Morningstar is growing and continually stretching to build and scale the best global technology team and products out there. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and that it didn’t meet your expectations. We're moving fast to innovate, and our strategy is often not communicated with perfect clarity to all team members. That sounds like part of what we missed with you. We’re learning as we grow and will share your feedback with the technology team so that we do a better job communicating with all contributors at all levels of our tech organization.
