Micromanaged like crazy to the point it makes customers feel uncomfortable in the store eg overhearing manager say things like ‘show them skin!’ ‘Ask if she wants a primer’ over head set to boost kpis when they have no clue what the customer has asked for… Have you asked that lady if she’s okay???? Right in front of her when she’s already been asked. Give that lady a basket!!!! When she’s already says she doesn’t want one… just shut up Hypocrisy from managers - will be late when it suits them but preach that everyone should be on shop floor before their shift starts? Constantly spoken over or patronised, cant even explain why you did something or didnt eg. The lady didnt want any skincare at all from here as she has hyper sensitive skin and only trusts what the doctor gives her - cut off when explaining and not even heard Managers gossiping about other staff members to team when they arent in… Comments about outfits stemming from jealousy over nice figures MISLEADING SALARY given during interview stage Extremely intrusive questions about personal life when at work No appreciation for good performance if the manager doesn’t like you, even when out performing others who are praised just because they’re too scared to be defensive when spoken to terribly
