Great culture with supportive management and colleagues. Flat hierarchy where everyone's opinion is listened to and matters. Excellent remote working structure and terrific work-life balance. High-quality talent throughout the organization. Kind of rare. CEO is an incredibly decent human being and exceptionally bright and engaging.

Start-up can be hard for some people, but it is also exciting to be part of something with so much potential.

Most of the people are a delight to work with.

There are too many to list. They just had their 5th round of layoffs in the last two years. The CEO needs to wake up step down and realize he is not a true leader.
