401k match was the only true benefit; getting a promotion/raise other than the average 2-3% year over year is near impossible. 3 weeks PTO starting is now standard.

Svantaggi

Workload was a nightmare. Lots of tasks that should be assigned to other departments/staff department came onto mine. Lots of inter-office drama.

Strong compensation structure with travel support. Leadership is agreeable and pro active. They provide everything you need to be successful in your work. Great exposure to advanced technology. Training based on areas of less experience. All around quality company I am happy to work for.

The travel demands for field service roles can be significant, which is consistent with similar positions in the industry. While travel may not suit everybody long term, the company makes a genuine effort to reduce friction through per-diem support, scheduling flexibility when possible, and responsive management.
