The hourly staff is amazing. The pay was okay. Work life balance was close to fair. The client really cares for the hourly staff.

Unit Staff Managers do not listen to hourly staff at all. Unit Staff Managers are incompetent and hate when hourly staff try to give them advice. Unit staff managers are very unprofessional and always trying to fraternize with their associates in an inappropriate way or sleeping with them. I had one incident with a manager who had sent me inappropriate\unwanted pictures of himself to me supposedly by accident. Senior leadership has no clue how the business is being run at the account level. The onsite managers tell the senior managers anything when they come into town. Senior leaders believe anything the managers tell them.

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
